AIA Engineering has announced after the trading hours that the Company has acquired 31503 (27.53%) Equity Shares of Rs 100 each of PCCL a subsidiary of the Company. In view of that PCCL has become a 100% Subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. February 20, 2008.
