For the first weekend of November'08 the whole sale price index (inflation) falls to 8.98% as against 10.72% of the previous week. As per the governmetn data confirmed that inflation falls to 8.98% ie., single digit after 21 weeks. This lower inflation was due to reduction in aviation turbine fuel and naphtha prices.
