Beware of realty stocks

Investors are entering into realty stocks should look at their advance tax payemnts of those companies. Unitech, Parsvnath,Omaxe and DLF have fallen their advance tax payments. Due to low demand in the realty sector and financial difficulties and also higher interest rates. ET said DLF has not paid any advance tax for September-08 when it compared to Rs.37 crore int he last year ago. Omaxe also not paid any advance tax for September'08. Parsvnath and Unitech's advance tax payments were low. This clearly shows that lower growth of this sector after enoying the benefits since 2-3 years. Hence one should keep in mind this while entering into these stocks. (thebullishtrends)
