Rane Engine Valve fixes Book Closure for final dividend

Rane Engine Valve Ltd has informed that the Board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2008 has recommended to the shareholders a final dividend of 45% for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.Further the Company has informed that, for this purpose the register of members will be closed from July 19, 2008 to July 23, 2008 (both days inclusive).
