Tilaknagar has acquired two companies

Thebullishtrends: Tilaknagar Industries Ltd(CMP:Rs.161.45) has informed that the Company has acquired following two Companies by way of purchase of 100% shareholding thus making these Companies wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.

1. Surya Organic Chemicals (P) Ltd.

2. Prag Distillery (P) Ltd.

Further the Company has informed that, in view of pending receipt of audited annual accounts of the abovesaid two Companies, the accounts of the said subsidiaries are not consolidated.
