Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the FY 2007-08 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board and the recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, by the Board.
