NRB Bearings Board recommends final dividend

Thebullishtrends: NRB Bearings Ltd(CMP:Rs.57) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 09, 2008, inter alia, has Declaration of final dividend @ Rs 2.40/- per equity share or Rs 2/- each (120%) payable to members as per Register of Members, subject to shareholder approval in general meeting.
