Bank of Rajasthan Board to consider Bonus Issue

Thebullishtrends: Bank of Rajasthan Ltd has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank which is scheduled to be held on May 31, 2008, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & year ended on March 31, 2008, in the said meeting the Board of Directors may consider the recommendation of dividend and proposal of issue of Bonus shares, if any. Bank of Rajasthan share price closed on Friday at Rs.102.
