Dolphin Offshore hires SEAMEC 1

Thebullishtrends: Seamec share price closed yesterday at Rs.158.30(-Rs.3.55). Seamec's charter party dated December 07, 2007 with M/s. Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Ltd for charter hire of its vessel SEAMEC I for a firm period of 90 days with an option of extension was concluded on March 10, 2008, Seamec Ltd has informed BSE that following that the Company has entered into a Long term contract with M/s. Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Ltd for charter hire of its vessel SEAMEC I for a period of 2 years with option for extension for one year. The contract value during firm period would be around USD 17.1 mil.
