Dabur Pharma prmoters have executed share purchase agreement with Fresenius Kabi

Thebullishtrends: Dabur Pharma shares are currently ruling at Rs.69. Dabur Pharma Ltd's promoters and certain other shareholders of the Company have executed share purchase agreements with Fresenius Kabi (Singapore) Pte Ltd ("Fresenius") pursuant to which Fresenius will acquire approximately 73.27% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company at Rs 76.50 per equity share, subject to fulfillment of certain conditions precedent including receipt of necessary regulatory approvals and the compliance by Fresenius with public offer requirements under the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997.
