Infact Sun Outage typically occur during the months of February/March and again September/October and can last as long as 15 minutes it takes a peripd of 15 days. It is a technical phenomenon called as "Sun Outages" for a period of two weeks sun causes "Solar Interference"to all geostationary satellite signals. During this time there will be a loss or delay in signal transmission from Satellite to VSATs hence the trading will be suspended,and there is no other reason behind this.
