Thebullishtrends: Today BSE Sensex gains 202.19 points and closed at 16542.08 points. After the four continuous down fall in four trading sessions stock prices recovered a little bit today. Fears about the US recession and rising crude prices pushed global investors to buy precious metals in the international markets. As per the economic times since 1st January'08 the sensex come down 24.39% while gold has jumped 18.71% and silver appreciating even more sharply at 31.75%, which reflects that Indian investors are considering that investments in precious metals are good compared to stocks. Whenever the dollor rates fell Invesotrs choose their investments in gold.
Banking, realty,power stocks are dull in the trading session and Software stocks gained. Asian markets which were opened before the indian markets closed in mixed note and European markets closed in a firm note.
