Rodere Holdings to make investment in Orbit

Orbit Corporation Ltd has informed that pursuant to an Investment Agreement dated March 08, 2008, Rodere Holdings Ltd, Cyprus, has agreed to make an investment of upto Rs 200,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Crores only) ("Investment") in Orbit Highcity Pvt Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary Company of Orbit Corporation Ltd, Mumbai. The said Investment would be used to develop township projects in Metropolitan Region.
