Reliance Power Investors must wait for some more time

Thebullishtrends: Reliance Power share holders must wait till 21st April'08 for the results of postal ballots seeking shares holders approval for the bonus issue. Then only the record date for the bonus will be announced by the company. As per the SEBI rules a company must issue the bonus shares within six months of its announcement. Almost 23 days have gone after Mr.Anil Ambani, Chairman of ADAG has announced 3:5 bonus shares. Reliance Power share price closed today at Rs.317.70.
