In banking sector it is better to pick up PSU banks like SBI/Bank of India and can see in private sector banks like HDFC Bank/ICICI Bank or Axis Bank. Now banking sector is not so attractive due to the budget proposals. But if you can wait for atleast six months then you can enter into these stocks.
