Binani Cement Ltd has informed that M/s. Mukundan Holdings Ltd have acquired 49% stake in Company in Dubai and 30% stake in Krishna Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore.Consequent upon the acquisition by Mukundan Holdings Ltd in Krishna Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore, 100% of the equity shares of Krishna Holdings Pte Ltd are now held by the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary M/s. Mukundan Holdings Ltd.
