Baja Auto Fin bought NCDS at Rs.469.60

Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd has informed that the Company, in the first tranche, repurchased from the open market, 21,86,380 - 6% fully paid Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 500/- each at an average price of Rs 469.60, during the period March 24, 2008 to March 26, 2008.
