Abaon Offshore raises Rs.194 cr via NCCRP route

Thebullishtrends: The major offshore drilling service provider Aban Offshore annouced that it will raise Rs.194 crore through private palcement of securities. The board of directors in its meeting accepted a proposal to issue worth of Rs.194 crore non-convertible cumulative reedemable preference shares in one or more tranches.
