Reliance Power plans bonus issue for it's share holders

Thebullishtrends: Reliance Power is planning to issue bonus shares to it's share holders other than the prmotoers after the share price tumbled from the offer price of Rs.450. Reliance Power board will meet on 24th Februray'08, to finalise the matter of issuing bonus shares or other measures to protect the investors from even short-term losses on their share holdings.

Earlier in last month Reliance Power came for the IPO market and issued shares for Rs.450, the share price tumbled to below Rs.400 on the same day. Reliance Power shares closed on Friday at Rs.384.70(+14.65)
