Orbit Corpn acquired subsidiary

Orbit Corpn share price lost Rs.1.30p after the Orbit Corporation Ltd has informed that the Company has acquired 100% Equity Shares of Orbit Highcity Pvt Ltd, consequent to which it has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
