Moser Baer to buy entertainment arm

Thebullishtrends: Moser Baer shares are trading at Rs.215 A leading Optical storage maker Moser Baer India announced that it has decied to acquire the entire stake in Moser Baer Entertainment Ltd from its wholly owned unit Moser Baer SEZ Developers Ltd. For the 3rd quarter end the company posted a net loss of 20.45 cr losses compared to Rs.37.62 cr in the year ago the same quarter.
