LIC increased stake in Tata Steel

Thebullishtrends: TATA Steel share price closed today at Rs.758.20(+ 47.75) As per the latest reports Life Insurance Corporation of India has increased its stake in private sector steel giant Tata Steel to 10.23 per cent, with purchase of an additional 0.24 per cent stake for over Rs 138.87 crore. As per these reports LIC has bought 18,00,356 shares, amounting to 0.24 per cent in Tata Steel on February 7, through open market transaction and on rights issue basis.
