Wockhardt Hosp IPO not yet open

Thebullishtrends: Wockhard Hosp IPO supposed to be open today but it did not open. The reason is the company has reduced it's IPO price band from Rs.280-310 to Rs.225-260 this change has not yet get the regulatory(SEBI) approval.
