Videocon got DOT approval to start telecom services

Thebullishtrends: Videocon Industries share are trading at Rs.641(3.69%) share price declined by 24.55 after the Videocon Industries Ltd has informed that Datacom Solutions Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company has been granted Letter of Intent for Award of Licence to provide Unified Access Services (UAS) on All India Basis. Datacom has also made the necessary payment of Rs 1,506/- crores and has furnished the requisite bank guarantee of Rs 847 crores approx. to the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India.
