Thebullishtrends: Everest Industries shares are trading at Rs.149 Everest Industries Ltd has decided to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary "Everest Building Solutions Ltd." and accordingly the subsidiary has been incorporated. The subscription money from the subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the subsidiary Company has been received in December, 2007 & the shares have been allotted to the subscribers in the Board Meeting of the Subsidiary Company held on December 18, 2007. The Subsidiary is yet to commence business and has not yet obtained Certificate of Commencement of business from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
