Unitech looks for Strategic Partners for Telecom Business

As per latest reports Unitech is planning to hiveoff it's telecom business as a seperate entitty as the company recently has got the licence to operate telecom services in pan india basis. Unitech will transfer it's existing telecom infrastructure business to it's new entity. Unitech is looking for strategic partnership from international financial investors and international telecom major for this telecom business.
