RBI permitted FIIs upto 74% stake in IFCI

Thebullishtrends:IFCI share price closed on Monday at Rs.93. RBI has given permission that FIIs can purchase IFCI upto 74% stake in the PSU major IFCI. The purchase can be done through the stock market or from Primary market can be made upto 74% paid up capital of the company.
