Query Trends : Walchandnagar

Query: I am holding 5 shares of Walchandnagar purchased at the rate of Rs.11,555/- on 16th Nov'07,I can hold these shares for one more year. Kindly advice me whether I should hold this or should I book losses or should average it? Santosh Kasliwal

Thebullishtrends: Walchandnagar share price closed yesterday at Rs.7,969. Walchandnagar has announced bonus in 1:1 ratio, the company yet to announce the record date to issue bonus shares. Walchandnagar is having sound fundamentals but technically the stock price is in down trend. The down trend may continue in next weak also. Hence we advise you to buy some more in lower level to get the better average price. But fundamentally the scrip is having good future and you need not to panic keep this in your portfolio till April'08.
