Query Trends : DCW and Ispat Inds

Query: I have 1000 shares of DCW @ Rs.35 and 1000 shares of Ispat Inds @ Rs.44. I can hold for next 6 months. What are the future prospects of of these copanies? Sanjeev Kasliwal

Thebullishtrends: DCW share price closed yesterday at Rs.39.05. Recently DCW has completed the project of conversion of Mercury cells to Membrane cells at its caustic soda plant at Sahupuram the plant has started full fledged production. The company is planning to issue shares to Qualified Institutional Bidders techinical indicatros are showing narrow trend of this scrip price as it is facing selling pressure. We advised to hold this scrip till April'08, and review it once again in April'08.

Ispat Inds share price closed yesterday at Rs.68.90. Even metal shares continued rally for the last 3 years but Ispat Inds has not give better gains to its Investors. Now Ispat Inds is planning to sell 25% stake in Ispat Energy to PE Players for Rs.800 Crores. The first quarter Ispat Inds performance was worst but when it comes to second quarter it has improved its performance. You are advised to hold this scrip for another 6 months as we are expecting that it will post EPS Rs.4-5 for this financial year.
