KNR Constructions IPO opens on 24th January'08

Thebullishtrends: KNR Constructions IPO opens on 24th January'08 and will close on 29th January'08. KNR Constructions is a infrastructure project development company providing engineering,procurement and for construction services for the sectors like Roads,highways and irrigation water infrastructure management. KNR Constructions is having order book of Rs.1,730 crore it consists 90% is on state and national highways,8% irrigation projects and 3% on urban water development projects the entire order book has to be executed within two to two and half years.

The price band of Rs.10 face value of share will be Rs.170-180, with this price band the company will rise Rs.134-142 crore will be used to purchase of equipement of Rs.21 crore and Rs.80 will be allocated for their BOT(Built Operate and Transfer) projects.
