Infosys announced Q3 results

Thebullishtrends: Infosys shares are trading at Rs.1623.10(+1.3%) share price rose by Rs.20.90 af the Infosys Technologies Ltd has announced the following Audited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2007:The Company has posted a net profit after tax & exceptional items of Rs 1186 cr for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 958 cr for the quarter ended December 31, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 3514 crfor the quarter ended December 31, 2006 to Rs 4151 cr for the quarter ended December 31, 2007.

The Consolidated results are as follows:The Group has posted a net profit after tax, exceptional items and minority interest of Rs 1231 cr for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 983 cr for the quarter ended December 31, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 3714 cr for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 to Rs 4429 crfor the quarter ended December 31, 2007.
