Thebullishtrends: Future Capital IPO will open on 11th Januar'08 and it will close on 16th January. The price band for IPO fixed between Rs.700-765. Future capital offers 64.22 lakh of shares of Rs.10 each through this IPO. ICRA has given grade 3 for this IPO.

Future Cap is a financial services company under the FUTURE Group. IPO funds will be utilised for the expansion of its retail financial services and for other general purposes. Pantaloon,Biyani and Sain having 83% hold inthis company.Post issue the promote holding will come down to 74,5%.
