Future Cap will hit in IPO Market

Thebullishtrends: Future Capital Holdings ( part of Future Group) will hit in IPO market this month 11th Jan'08 with a price band of Rs.700-Rs.765 per share by offering 10/- face value of 6,422,800 equity shares issues to Indian Investors. Future Capital Holdings Ltd established in the year 2005 and promoted by Pantaloon Retail (India) Ltd, Och-Ziff a reputed international fund is having investments inthis company. Future Capital Holdings primary business includes advisory services,research and retail financial services. Recently Future Capital Holdings entered into the agreement with ICICI Bank for marketing of it's Future Card a credit cared with loyalty benefits. Future Capital IPO expected to open on 11th Jan'08 and it will close on 16th jan'08
