Query: I am a regular reader of your blog but can you please tell me the correct information about IPOs? please..really I am totally confused..about this listing dates, issue date, premiums...please.. Sudhakar Chowdary G

Thebullishtrends: Thanx for regularly reading our blog. We are providing you selected and fundamentally good IPOs only you can apply for those IPOs according to our research.

Regarding Issue dates means the date of issue opens and the date of issue closes for example Reliance Power announced IPO open date is 15th Jan'08 and closing date is 18th Jan'08 that means Reliance Power accepts your appication from 15th jan'08-18th jan'08 after that they don't accept applications.

Grey Market Premium means it is the un official premium suppose Reliance Power is having Rs.440 un official premium means investors and traders are buying and selling shares without allotment. Grey market premiums decide that the premium of an IPO which is not yet listed in Stock Exchange and it also allows investors to sell there application or allocated stocks at certain premium before they list.

Regarding Listing Dates: Listing date means it is a date to list the company shares in stock exchanges i.e., incase if you get the shares allotment of Aries Agro, after the allotment process has completed the company has to approach the concerned stock exchange like BSE/NSE to list their shares to start trading in stock exchanges. Then only you will get the listing price and you can able to sell your shares.
