Query : I hold 14o shares of WENDT @ Rs.677 for the last 20 months,please suggest the future. Yogesh Shrihari Vaidya

Thebullishtrends: Wendt shares closed today at Rs.786. Wendt(India)Ltd is a joint venture between Wendt GmbH(Germany),and Corborunndum Universal of the Murugappa Group. It produces of Diamond and cubic boron nitride(CDN)products. Wendt manufactures wheels for various applications in tool making, automotive industr, steel plants,glass industry,ceramic industry,refractory industry. It provides customer specific solutions for grinding and designing.

Wendt posted a net profit of Rs.2.14 cr on sales of Rs.13.43 cr for the second quarter, the diluted EPS for the quarter end is Rs.10.70. P/E is not a problem for these companies. It is having very low equity of Rs.2 crore. The demand is growing for Wendt products in industry, it will have very good future. Hold this scrip.
