Query: We are very much impressed and benefited from thebullishtrends.blogspot.com . Could you please share your opinion on VSNL for next 3 months, Should I enter into this stock at present levels? Balaji

Thebullishtrends: VSNL share price closed today at Rs.743. Buying is not recommending for VSNL at present levels, there is pending land de-merger process with the Government since 05 the issue has not resolved the shares are trading in cum land is the belief of VSNL management will get it. Technically VSNL share price has to move another 10%from here but when it analysed it's financials are not much good. As we feel that the share fully priced for its FE08 year profits. Hence buying is not recommended. But you can go Rcom at better price, in the same sector for decent gains in coming months
