Query: I want to know that should I buy Uco Bank at the current levels? I heard that FPO of Uco bank is coming within 3months,what is the target for it, I can hold it for two-three months. Som Prakash

The PSU Bank UCO Bank may float Public Issue in next financial year. we are expecting that the GOI will restructure the capital of UCO bank very soon from the current level of Rs.800 cr to Rs.500 cr and wait for better gains till April'08. The bank may float for Public Issue for expanding its capital base. You can enter in UCO Bank at current levels and it may reach Rs.80 in near term.
