The Orissa based Shiva Cement's financial performance improved compared to previous quarters and in the second quarter of this financial year Shiva Cements signed an MOU with Orissa Govt for expanding the plant capacity upto 2.6 Mn.T per annum in two phases.The share holding pattern of the company is like that :
