Sasken is a communication software company in developing embedded communication software for companies across the telecom value chain - Network Equipment Manufacturers (NEM’s), Semiconductor Vendors, Terminal Device Vendors and Operators. Sasken's Services business which caters to the entire telecom value chain is likely to witness decent traction aided by growth in the terminal devices segment and Semiconductor segment for the coming 6month might be sluggish due to the consolidation among the NEM’s which could affect spending and hurt that segment.

The products business (5% of revenues in FY2007) which predominantly caters to mobile handset players is likely to turnaround in FY2009 as nearly 9 platforms of Sasken have gained acceptance and are being deployed in mobile handsets which are likely to starts shipping.

Sasken Comm Tech will have a good future but you should have patience because the revenues will increase from FE08 onwards. You will see more highs of Sasken Comm share price for the next two years. Hold this scrip
