Rolta India is working in 3division one is engineering services division,geo special information system and another one is eSolutions division. The company is having surplus cash reserves almost of Rs.600cr in their balance sheet it may utilise to acquire companies. Rolta is having plans to enter into realty market, as IT companies are struggling by rupee appreciation, Rolta management they said, they had bid for Bandra-Kurla complex plot.

Rolta India has investment plans to invest around Rs.3000cr in next 3yrs. Recently the company announced to setup an IT Park in Kolkata for around Rs.250 cr. Recently ROLTA INDIA has announced 1:1 bonus, the company has fixed Jan'25 2008 is the record date. Having sound financials,surplus reserves, and it foray into realty segment,one can consider that Rolta will have bright future in near term.
