Query: I am holding Bajaj Auto shares 50@ Rs.2800, should I hold or exit? I am waiting for the demerger but on 24/12/2007 issue I am little bit confused. I could not take decission. Give me your opinion. Sumit Patel.

We understood your tension regarding the Madras HC has sustained the interim order filed by Bajaj Auto against TVS Motors, it is the issue related to marketing practives and not related to demerger process,the next hearing would be on January 4 and January 5, 2008 please wait and watch.
