Omaxe subsidiary bagged Rs.1600 cr Contract

Thebullishtrends : Omaxe Ltd shares are trading at Rs.554(3.86% up). Hyderabd Development Authority has accepted the bid of M/s Eden Buildcon Pvt Ltd ( A wholly owned subsidiary of Omaxe Ltd),for 25 acres of land stipulated at Kokapet area in Hyderabad. The project is for multipurpose use like commercial/IT Park/Shopping Mall/Residential etc., and the approximate project value is in the range of Rs.1600 crores to 1800 crores.
