GTC joint development of property

GTC Industries Board of Directors considered and approved investment of Rs.20 cr for joint development of property i.e, construction of residential office/commercial and Shopping are totalling approx 1,80,000 sq feet in Delhi. The company is to get 60% of the built-up area.
