DLF may buy land from Escort

Thebullishtrends: DLF is trading at Rs.890 and Escorts is trading at Rs. 157. As per the reports DLF in talks with Escorts to buy its surplus land at Faridabad in Haryana. The land is on the National Highway and also near by Delhi. The deal will be around Rs.1,500 Crore. As per the market sources Escorts will use this amount to repay its debts and the remaining amount will use for it's business expansion. If the deal completes successfuly then both the companies will get the benefits, DLF will get the benefit because the land is close to Delhi by only 2KM. Escorts also will have sufficient funds to restructure its business model.
